Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a vital resource at companies for building employee engagement and enabling diverse voices to be heard. We are joined in conversation by Jenna DeWitt, Senior editor at Esri, to discuss founding that company’s LGBTQIA+ ERG: Prism. We talk to Jenna about obtaining leadership buy-in, the importance of involving allies and how Prism provides resources, builds awareness, and offers a sense of belonging by advocating for positive change and encouraging Pride across our diverse community.
