Program Overview

The Medtronic HBCU Immersion Program is a highly competitive program that will invite its brightest freshman and sophomore students from HBCUs together for a three-day, all inclusive experience and introduction to the world’s largest Healthcare Technology company. Immersion participants will leave with increased knowledge and awareness of how Medtronic is transforming the lives of 2 patients every second. Students will also discover the world of possibilities that a future career in the Healthcare Technology space holds. You will experience the Medtronic Mindset and Culture, network with top Executives in the organization, while engaging with your peers and leaving with a renewed sense of opportunity.
