MIT Sloan Male Allies exists for men at Sloan to become better allies in the MBA program, in
their workplaces and in their communities . MIT Sloan Male Allies will do so through the
following activities:
● Support programming led by SWIM, BBSA, HBC, PRIDE @ Sloan and other student
organizations that spend significant time advocating for representation, equity and
inclusion
● Encourage men to take proactive ally roles at Sloan and in their future
● Start conversations among men at Sloan to foster a holistic perspective on allyship
and empower men to evolve their perspective on allyship over time
